Our new team has started creating home inventory for both our direct clients and also for referring realtors . With a shared passion for providing needed home inventory while protecting our environment, Up North Cottage Style Homes builds aesthetically pleasing, sustainable custom homes. Using simple lean construction processes and technologies our homes are stick built .... Not modular or manufactured.

We provide an unlimited selection of styles and designs including traditional, contemporary, craftsman, modern, rustic and cottage style.  By using a unique and efficient technology driven building model, our unique homes are usually completed in as little as 6-7 months. That is only a few months longer than the process of buying an existing home.

Our team specializes in working in harmony directly with both homebuyers or with real estate agents  that need help in finding immediate home inventory solutions.  Because we are primarily a hybrid real estate / construction driven model, referral agreements with other agents are a large portion of our business.
